"We will use the old site of the Fakunle High School for another thing.”......The question is, what other thing this man is talking about than selling the place to Tinubu to build Shoprite.
Osun State Governor, Rauf Aregbesola, on
Thursday announced that Fakunle Comprehensive High School, Osogbo, will
be moved to a new location. He said this at the inauguration of the AUD Elementary School, Osogbo, which was built by the administration.
"He said that the FCHS was moved because the environment around the area,
which had almost become a motor park, was no longer conducive for
learning". but the question is that, "Why can't he move the motor park and make the school conducive for learning".
The Deputy Governor, Mrs. Titi Laoye-Tomori, said the new education
policy introduced by the administration had started yielding positive
results. ...........What positive result? when you suppose to start from the inexperience teachers and replace them with good and sound ones instead of jumping into building new buildings only for political gain.
“Today, we are witnessing the fulfilment of one of the promises of the
governor before he came in. Since the commencement of the reforms
programme of this administration, we have built 1,724 classrooms in 39
schools throughout the state. And the job continues.”......No doubt, the structure are good and perfect for students to learn but i think you should have started from the root by making all the teachers teaching those students to be good and sound because to my research some of the teachers know nothing and when this happen, what did you expect from the students sitting in a good classroom.
Well......lets wait and see the results of our students from Osun State in the coming WAEC, NECO, and UTME before judging you people because there grade in the last examination is very poor.
